Our Panasonic-TV (TX-P46GTS31) can only find and connect to DLNA-Servers. As a point of interest I also have Panasonic DLNA certified PVR which is always found by the TV. Sincerilly, I am somehow dissapointed that my DLNA certified NAS is unable to comunicate with my DLNA certified Panasonic tv!! Please, let me now wwhat can I do to help the firmware developers to fix this. So I would like to install the Twonky Media Server at Venton Unibox HD1. However a few weeks ago my TV media server facility failed to find the PC, I have gone over all the settings checked out forums-replaced my zone alarm firewall, also tried without a firewall, and even tried Twonky's version, all to no avail. I *theory* it does absolutely all what I was wondering to do but I have a few questions about this nas and it's setup.ġ/ What happens with Panasonic Viera tv's and the dlna sever provided in the nas? the tv finds the server but is unable to access the contents from the nas is this a known issue to be solved? What can I do to help DLink to fix it?Ģ/ I've read is possible to install Twonky Media Server (DNS-325/345) to solve this issue, deactivating iTunes/UPNP server though, but I think I blew a circuit in my brain last night trying to figure out how to install twonky. DNS-345 is my very first nas and I have to say that is a really nice product. How come srt subtitles work with the panasonic tv & Twonky media server combo but the exact same files via Panasonic - synology DLNA combo dont provide. With Twonky from Lynx Technology, you can quickly discover your media libraries of digital videos, photos and music in your home, control them from mobile devices, and enjoy them on connected screens and speakers. Even worse I can only get back to that point by fast forwarding through. Under Viera Tools you can select DLNA and it will see the M圜loud 3TB however, when looking at the directory of video files under the Public directory, not all videos show up and some are listed twice. However, if I stop playback and restart it always restarts from the beginning instead of continuing from where I had got to. Stealth57 January 22, 2014, 5:38pm 1 I have a TC-P65VT50 which is supposed to be DLNA compliant. I'm new here and also new in NAS tecnology. After setup my Buffalo NAS Twonky server was found on my network and I can see and play the content on it.
